Acknowledge Tables & Chairs Policy

All Vendors are required to bring own table/chairs.

By signing this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I will provide my own setup (tent, table, chairs, etc.) for the event. I will arrive by 10:00 AM on October 19th, 2024, for setup and be ready by 11:30 AM. I understand the vendor fee of $60 is non-refundable and will go directly to support F.O.C.U.O.S. youth programs. I understand that space is limited, and my application will be confirmed once the vendor fee has been paid and the application is reviewed.
