F.O.C.U.O.S. on the Outlook is our specialized re-entry program designed to support individuals returning to the community from the correctional system. We understand that the transition can be difficult, but with the right tools and guidance, success is achievable. Our program redeploys these individuals into society with a renewed sense of purpose and direction by focusing on two critical areas: basic skills and leadership development.

Program Overview

Our outreach staff works closely with hard-to-employ clients to provide comprehensive support, including interview and job readiness, group mentoring, and peer-to-peer sessions. We believe in empowering our participants to not only reintegrate into society but to thrive in their communities.


Services Offered:


  • Basic Skills Development: We provide essential skills training to help participants improve their employability and ease their transition into the workforce.


  • Leadership Development: Through workshops and mentoring, participants develop the leadership skills needed to take control of their future and positively influence those around them.


  • Job Readiness & Placement: From resume building to interview coaching, we prepare participants for successful job placement and help match them with potential employers.


  • Group Mentoring & Peer-to-Peer Sessions: Participants receive ongoing support through group mentoring sessions, building a sense of community and shared experiences while learning from others on a similar journey.




  • Case Management & Advocacy: Each client is paired with a case manager to ensure personalized support throughout their re-entry journey. Our advocacy services help participants navigate legal and social barriers.


  • Educational Assessments: We offer educational assessments to guide participants toward furthering their education or vocational training, opening doors to more opportunities.


  • Cultural & Recreational Activities: We believe that healing and growth happen in many ways. Participants are encouraged to join our recreational and cultural activities, allowing them to engage with their community in positive ways.
